Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you assume the responsibility for the return shipping.
To expedite your return or refund you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Should your purchase arrive damaged or defective, please submit photos to substantiate the damage to info@rustike.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and let us know if you would like a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
