What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Damage items will be replaced or refunded. To expedite your return or refund you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 5 days with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
My item arrived damaged.
Sometimes items are damaged during the shipping process, and we are here to help you when this happens. Should your item arrived damaged please contact us at info@rusike.com with photos and a description of the damage. At that time, please let us know if you would like a replacement or refund.
I received the wrong item.
If the item you received is different than what you ordered please contact us with photos of the item you received. We will respond quickly to help you get the item you ordered.
How do I return an item.

We offer $5.99 Flat Rate in Contiguous US.
Orders over $100 Ship for FREE!
When will I receive my order.
We strive to process orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex depending on the product ordered. Once your order has shipped you will be notified via email with the date of shipment and tracking number. Click on the tracking number link to view the tracking details of your package.
Where are you located.
At this time our products are only available online. Our office is located in Blaine, Washington and we ship our products from several locations in the United States. We do not ship from overseas.
